Good to see those jumps on deadlift. Did the last set feel pretty manageable?

the funny thing was the last set felt lighter then the first and second set,i dont know if i wasent propley warmed up untill the last set.I have given myself i 5rep limit on deadlift i felt maybe now i should of gone all out on the last set and got a few more reps.

When I started really paying attention to my warmups, I saw immediate results. I saw somewhere here that it was needed for the CNS. Typical dead warm up would look something like this:

132 (60kg) x 6
176 (80kg) x 4
220 (100kg) x 3
253 (115kg) x 2
264 (120kg) x 2
275 (125kg) working weight


Just my 1.5 cents

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 237 lbs
Bench = 193
Dead = 270
Total = 700

Sometimes the CNS is crazy that way.

Well, deadlifts are crazy in general for me.
