Mircoloaded another pound. Form continues to look great. Erin is looking stronger on every lift. More confident too. She is manhandling the bench press. We shut down squats after 6 reps. She felt a little dizzy, probably from not drinking enough - which is her tendency. Erin Squats 47 x 3 47 x 3 47 x 6 (+ 1 pound) Bench Press 47 x 3 47 x 3 47 x 10 (+ 1 pound) Rack Pulls 65 x 3 65 x 3 85 x 10 - Easy
