Barbell Rows - 70kg x8 (2 sets) 70kg x7 (2 sets) Dumbbell Rows - 35kg x10 (4 sets) Seated Tbar Row Machine (Wide Grip) - 50kg x10 (6 sets) 30kg ez bar curls - 10 reps x2, 8 reps x2 Not my best back workout of all time but with minimal equipment and time I got it done. Back to my usual gym tomorrow for shoulders

Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 30kg x10, 30kg x8 (3 sets) Dumbbell Lateral Raises - 16kg x10 (4 sets) Behind The Neck Press -40kg x10, 45kg x8, 50kg x6 Upright Rows - 30kg x8, 40kg x8, 45kg x8 (2 sets) Lying Rear Delt Flyes - 18kg x12, 20kg x12 (3 sets) Barbell Shrugs - 60kg x12, 80kg x12, 100kg x12, 110kg x8, 130kg x8 Hammer Strength Machine Shrugs - 190kg x12, 190kg x10 (2sets) Was happy to be back in my usual gym last night. Went for volume tonight and it felt like a good session

Incline Dumbbell Press - 30kg x12, 32.5kg x8, 6, 5, 4. Flat Dumbbell Press - 30kg x7, 7, 6, 6. Variation of Flyes - 12.5kg x12 (8 sets) 30kg Skull Crushers s/s with CGBP - 12+10, 12+10, 12+8, 12+6. Will be returning home to my usual gym for back training tonight ![]()
