So, I'm spending the week down south due to work so I'm restricted in the gym.
No deadlifts

Barbell Row - 60kg x10 (2 sets) 70kg x8 (2 sets)

Tbar Rows - 70kg x8 (4 sets)

Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x8 (4 sets)

Cable Rows - Full stack +40kg x12 (4 sets)

Ez Bar Curls 4 sets @ 30kg

Thanks lads,

Finding it a struggle to adapt to different surroundings. Cant wait to get home to my own.

I'm struggling with my diet whilst I'm living out of a suitcase.
I have my supplements, oats and protein bars but its a struggle to eat correctly after that.

Speaking of protein bars, I've made these..


What are your opinions on the ingredients included? And is there any suggestions as to how I can make it healthier?

I was pushed for time so I had very little rest between sets.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 28kg x8 (2 sets) 28kg x6 28kg x4

Lateral Raises - 14kg x8 (4 sets)

Behind the neck press - 40kg x8 40kg x7 (2 sets) 40kg x6 40kg x5

Front Raises - 14kg x8 (3 sets)

Lying Rear Delt Flyes - 14kg x10 (3 sets)

Dumbbell Shruggs - 32.5kg x12 (4 sets)

Yeah I've only recently started doing them again.. Have a strong hatred for that exercise

Going to leave deadlifts with a lower back/legs day for now

Looks solid to me. I've put up several protein bar recipes over the years and they're all real close to this.

I don't think you can make it healthier. All the ingredients are natural and healthy.

Skull Crushers s/s with cgbp : 30kg x8 (4 sets)

Tricep Cable Exercises : 4 sets of s/s for burnout
