Still working off a 4 day split.. Chest/Back/Shoulders/Legs.. Depending on how often I get to the gym the split could be done 3 times in 2 weeks..

Definitely open to change.. What layout would you suggest?

ive gotten best progress on squats from a minimum of 2 days a week squatting...
