Thanks men,

Seems to be creeping in the right direction. Shoulder is still sore but its not so bad when I use a slightly more narrow grip so I'm using that for the minute.

Thanks lads

So I havent been very active online recently as the work load had increased and I hadnt got much time online over xmas.

I have still been lifting though. I have been focusing on higher reps and strict form feeling the contraction on every rep. I'm not finding this enjoyable at the minute but going to give it a reasonable attempt before switching back

Lifting is compulsory ... logging is optional ...

Thanks Ravi,

In theory this is true but in reality if I dont log I seem to lose focus and my training seems to get sloppy resulting in no proper progress being made

Back in tonight for some squatting anyway
