Strong lifting Jordan. Don't force the deadlift, you're not far away from 180kg at all I reckon. You can progress quickly on that lift without even realising it. Nice pressing too.

Triceps werent too bad. Front delts were the sore bodypart. They felt like they were going to give in.

Struggled for time tonight but got a quick workout done. Deadlifts - 100kg x5, 120kg x5, 130kg x5, 140kg x5 Squats - 80kg x5, 100kg x5, 100kg x5, 100kg x6 Walking Dumbbell Lunges - 26kg x16 (4 sets) Calf Raises - 70kg x20 (3 sets) One Leg Dumbbell Calf Raises -26kg x10 (2 sets)

Thanks Steve, I'm finding my back workouts may not be reaching their full potential because I am exhausted after deadlifts first. I was thinking about switching deadlifts to leg day as seen above. I know alarm bells sound immediately at the idea of that due to all the lower back work in the same session but I'd like to get your thoughts on it?

3 wheels for 5 reps is damned good going. As for your Q about squats and deadlifts in same session, lots of MAB chaps do it and have no issues. I think you're meant to do squats first unless I am very much mistaken.

Bench Press - 60kg x10, 70kg x8, 80kg x6, 90kg x3 (I was aiming for 4 but I was interrupted mid-set by guy asking was I using the collars which resulted in me getting pinned after the 3rd rep) ![]() Incline Dumbbell Press - 34kg x6, 34kg x5 (3 sets) Flat Dumbbell Press - 30kg x6, 30kg x5 (2 sets) Incline Dumbbell Flyes - 16kg x8 (2 sets) Flat Dumbbell Flyes 16kg x8 (2 sets) Skull Crushers s/s with close grip burnbecn press (Burn Out) : 30kg x8 (4 sets) French Press - 25kg x8 (3 sets) 25kg x10 Going to try for a 1rm Bench Press in 2 weeks time. Hoping for 100kg or very close to it
