Nice. I like how you adjust to a new pattern but always stay around the same intensity.
We are similar and have similar goals at the moment. It's very helpful to see how you are going about your business. More than one way to skin a cat. Awesome progress in general, but that bench pops out.

I have been following your log and I have noticed we are looking to hit similar numbers too. My bench has only recently started to improve. I was stuck at about 85kg 1rm for a long time until I hit some dumbbell work and increased my tricep work for a while. When I went back to barbell it had made a great difference. Hopefully it can keep improving.

Havent been able to log during the last couple of weeks.
I was still training though. Shoulder is still niggling. Pulled a 187.5 PR last week and squats are feeling pretty good. I will get logging again from today
