well done there. how close was that 190Kg DL ? considering 180kg was your previous PR you should probably have tried 185kg or 182.5kg ? |

190kg was close.. Failed above the knee.. I hit 180kg before i tried the 190 and it went up without too much bother.. Hopefully I can get this in a couple of weeks Does anyone online here roll the bar for deadlift?
