Ah, thank you, swede. It was a bit of a grind, but I got it up anway. I think though I'm done with the 10 pound increments for a while. As long as I'm in PR territory, a 5 pound PR is the same as a 10 or 15 pound PR. So, I'll flatten the curve a little bit and focus on progression.

It wasn't so much getting stapled to the bench, as it was not being able to power past the sticking point (about 3-6 inches off the chest). The good thing is, I had a spotter who understands what I am trying to do, and who stood there with his hands in his pockets, and let me fight with it for a few seconds until I finally uttered the words, "Take it."

I just might take you up on that. Let me chew on things for a while longer. I'm one more 531 cycle away from doing a specialization cycle.

Me too. An hour to lift, and another hour to drink beer. I'd call you, but I lost my cell phone, and hence, your digits. It's in the house...somewhere, I'm sure.
