Thank you, kit. You probably missed it because I started it, then let it go dormant for two weeks. I plan on squatting tonight. I've got some car issues to deal with though, but if and when I do squat again, it will be for a PR attempt. I'm kind of jacked.

Cycle III Wave 3 Workout A What did the pirate say when he squatted 310? Squat 45x5 120x5 175x5 190x3 220x3 250x1 280x1 310x1 - P AAARRRRRRGH! 310x1 Superset Leg Press 365x20x3 Prone Leg Curl 110x10x2 110x8 I don't know what came over me on the leg presses. It was a 25 pound increase. Normally, I would have been happy with 15x3. Adrenaline I guess. It was hot and sweaty at work today, and I'm chaffing like a mad man. My ass feels like it's baboon red. I wish I had stock in the Gold Bond company.

They were saying on the news the other night that July, 2012 was the second hottest July on record. Second only to July, 1936, which was the hottest month EVER in Minneapolis/St. Paul anyway. We went the whole month of July without a daytime high in the 70's. In fact, you have to go back to mid-June, since we last had a daytime high under 80. A bunch of 90's, a couple of 100's... Still, the air conditioner miraculously keeps working...except the one in my car. Looks like some thunderstorms coming in tonight. Perhaps some relief with it.
Thank you, bruteforce. Its been a long time coming. I'm now entering a juicy portion of my training where PR's could be happening about once a month on all the big lifts. Finally! This is why I've been training for 10 years.
