More insane deadlifting. Judging by your pics a few pages back, your shadow is extremely broad with intimidating looking traps
I'd say 800 is on the cards in 2013. Once you smash 750 or thereabouts, that can be the next step but maybe not the final one

October 4th, 2012 Workout Grade: A+ I have no idea who I am becoming. Sounds like an odd statement, I know, but the last 2 years have changed me on so many levels. Committing to powerlifting has forged my mental strength beyond any level I had thought imaginable. Today I was stressed, angry, tired and did not want to lift. I thought about stopping after my 505 rep - why not, no one was watching. On a whim I slapped 585 on the bar, looking only to punish myself for my lack of belief and slack attitude. I went ape sh*t, found my mental zone and shredded the rep. It was a PR with the buffalo bar, and much quicker than my 582 was last month. Progress! I love this sport as much as I hate it.
