September 25th, 2012 Workout Grade: C+ Little motivation tonight so I stayed light and went for a 505 PR. Got it. Not quite Tom Platz 500x23, but one rep closer. Squats 145 x 5 235 x 3 325 x 1 415 x 1 465 x 1 505 x 5 - PR
