Thanks men. Feeling things are headed where they need to head. Progress is being made, and 1800 is going to happen next year.

Right now, based on the addition of equipment, and my recent PRs, I think I am close to:

Bench - 400
Squat - 650
Deadlift - 700

That's a 1750 total, and a 100 pound jump since April.

that's a lot of improvement since last 3.5 months ... But compare to other lifts, Bench is far behind ... Any specific reason ... ?

Very bad shoulders.

I also am learning every day how to train around chronic strains. There has actually been decent progress the past year...close to a +50 which is a nice breakthrough compared to the previous 2 years.

Strains, no strains, low relative bench, etc -- still one hell of an improvement in 3 short months. An improvement on an already very impressive total.

2000 raw is awesome and you will get there. My shoulders were messed for quite some time things that helped me were to get a SSB to squat with, massages, and rotator cuff crap. I also did facepulls after benching to get things going in the opposite direction of the bench strain and did 3 light circuits of side laterals, front raises, and rear laterals all in a row with light dumbbells. I still rarely go over 405 on the bench without a shirt, I'm no expert by any means but thought I would share what helped me get my shoulders back to happiness.
