No. I hit 600 raw at my meet. But back then I was working with 525 singles. So to have a 580 comfortable (not grinders) working weight with singles each sessions hopefully tracks me around a 655 squat max give or take.

Workout Time: 45 minutes Workout Grade: C+ Bench, as usual, felt impossibly heavy. Set a PR for 415 singles. Tried a new foot placement approach. It worked ok. No shaky reps. A weak step forward today, but a step forward. Bench Press - Slingshot Bar x 10 135 x 10 225 x 3 315 x 1 335 x 1 355 x 1 415 x 4 singles - PR for singles
