Workout Time: 45 Minutes Workout Grade: A+ Felt great, weight was light, plenty of energy, so I rammed squats. Bumped singles to 575, and it went better than 570 did during my last workout. On a roll right now. Confidence is high, body feels great and lower back is strong. My workouts are becoming a smoke show. Let's get it on. By the way, down 10 pounds in 2 months. Still a lard-o, but no carbs is treating me good. Sleeping great, feeling great. Squats 145 x 5 145 x 5 235 x 3 325 x 1 415 x 1 - Added knee wraps 445 x 1 - Felt light! 475 x 1 - Light! 505 x 1 575 x 1
