Workout Time: 35 minutes Workout Grade: B+ Really nice session today. Make a commitment to make smaller jumps, and really focused on form. I've been getting a bit sloppy lately. I'm determined to train deadlifts more like squats, and work up to a daily max each day. I've been pushing this lift way too much, meaning training it too heavy, too frequently. Today's top end rep was around 90%. I'm going to stick with this weight until I feel I am grooving with it on form, then bump 5 pounds. I've got to stick to the process, hone my form, and know that I have 5 years to get my deadlift well over 800. I have time. I need to embrace with the deadlift, and train smart.
