Workout Time: 50 minutes Workout Grade: C- Nothing great today. My lower back was fatigued probably due to 3 hours of store wandering yesterday. Felt strong enough, hit my money set reps, survived. Will add 5 pounds next time. Also trained my teen daughter. Deadlifts - 3" blocks 135 x 10 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 495 x 1 555 x 1 555 x 1 555 x 5

555 x 5 on a bad day ... that's some good motivation for me. Feeling rather stiff myself, and I will be spending next 3 hours or so helping folks move their stuff.
Later this evening I will head off for the power day, with heavy squats and keep this 555 x 5 in my mind to psyche myself and power through the session. Thanks for grinding through the session BTB - you motivate the rest of us. |

I always stop when my form slips. I could easily grind out 3-4 more but I like to keep things safe.
