Treadmill 5 min warm up Bench Press Warm up 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x2 add 3 Board- 315x3 385x3 405x3 (1 bonus rep & PR) Lockout/pin presses - 3" 315x5 405x5 505x5 515x5 Floor Press 225x5 275x8 315x7 PR I screwed up. I was supposed to do DB bench press... read the wrong workout. 08.02.12 Thursday - Max Effort Deadlift / High Box Squats Treadmill 5 min warm up Pull-ups BW x 10ish x 3 Deadlifts off 3" blocks Warm up - 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 405x2, 495x1 545 + 72 lbs of chain x 3 545 + 96 lbs of chain x 3 I ended up not deloading my deadlift this week. I had a bad day so I had motivation to get to the gym and some pull heavy ass weight. High box squats Warm up- 145x5, 235x5, 325x5 425x5 445x5 Rows Gym closed. So I did not get to rows again. I'll do them Friday.

08.07.12 Tuesday - Max Effort Deadlift & Gym Meet for Colton & George
Treadmill 5 min warm up Pull-ups BW x 10ish x 3 Deadlifts w/ chain "Punishment sets" Warm up - 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 405x2, 455+144 lbs of chains x 5 455+144 lbs of chains x 5 455+144 lbs of chains x 5 (used straps) My back is on fire I usually deadlift on Thursday, but this week is all messed up because I have to be out of town later in the week. This made deadlifting even harder. This is also my sixith straight week pulling heavy... deload next week is gonna be AWESOME lol. High rep squats & Rows Ran out on time b/c of helping Colton & George out. I'll do some rows on my accessory day. Gym Meet for Colton & George We've been helping a couple guys in the gym this summer. Colton and George just recently graduated from high school and are leaving to go to college this week. Colton is going to be playing soccer for FAU. George is going to my alma mater UF. Both worked hard these past couple months and learnt how to squat, bench and deadlift. Anyway we decided to run a little powerlifting meet for fun before they left. We didn't get too picky about about all the powerlifting rules. These guys put in a lot of effort this summer and I'm proud of their progress. Hopefully, we've given them a good basis to build on and taught them a thing or two. For prizes I gave Colton my old Inzer lever belt and George a set of wrist wraps. Keep on lifting fellas!

08.09.12 Thursday - Upper Accessory
Treadmill 5 min warm up DB shoulder warm up 3 supersets of: - 10’s x 8 front delt raise - 10’s x 8 lateral delt raise - 10’s x 8 rear delt raise Flat Bench Warm up - 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2 315 x 10 315 x 10 (PR and could have done more) Had a spotter so I pushed myself a little harder today Incline DB Press 90's x 8 90's x 9 90's x 10 Ran outta time. Doing another accessory workout tomorrow & Saturday. Anyway, so this week is all messed up b/c I have to be out of town Friday for a bachelor party this weekend. We're going to some resort down in the Florida Keys. They have some kind of gym. My brother is coming too, so we gonna do some bodybuilding crap. Back n' Bi's, Chest n' Tri's. Gettin jacked and tan... lol
