Feel a bit better this afternoon. Lets see how this session plays out.
squats 1x10x115 1x10x125 1x10x135 3 full cleans and presses Front presses 1x5x115 1x5x125 1x4x135 halfway up and stalled on the 5th. 3 full cleans cleans 2x3x135 total of 12 full cleans Stop there for today. Don't want push my recovery from the bug. |

Back squats 3x10 3 cleans, and presses Front pressing 2x5x135 1x4x135 3 cleans That last rep almost went to the top. 1x2x135 cleans Thats enough for today. Will be home tomorrow, and hit for real on Monday. Feeling even better today. Energy is starting to make a comeback. |
