Took a couple of extra days off due to some Family stuff.
My Wife brought the extra weights, and my 6' standard bar from Houston. The longer bar will allow for proper snatch grip width moves. I'll be using 115lbs for my sessions starting today, that's a 5lbs increase. Time for more work. Back squats 3x10 Front squats 3x8 Wide grip BHNP 3x5 Front press 3x5 12 full cleans 6 pressed out |

While I have many ideas about ways to work this program I'll be looking back to a classic era lifter for some inspiration.
