About 1 minute, but that goes a bit longer at times. I'm usually through a session in about 30 mins.

If I were using squat stands my weights would be heavier already for the squats.
Nice to hear.

Good luck GL!

Default 7-18-12

Took a couple of extra days off due to some Family stuff.

My Wife brought the extra weights, and my 6' standard bar from Houston. The longer bar will allow for proper snatch grip width moves.

I'll be using 115lbs for my sessions starting today, that's a 5lbs increase.

Time for more work.

Back squats
3x10

Front squats
3x8

Wide grip BHNP
3x5

Front press
3x5

12 full cleans 6 pressed out

While I have many ideas about ways to work this program I'll be looking back to a classic era lifter for some inspiration.

I've done reading in the past about his programming, but I'll be getting a bit more indeprth this time.

The most important part of this program is that I'm having fun again.

weight 115lbs
Backsquats
3x10

Front presses

8x3

Went a little different today.
Will go back to the regular program tomorrow. The slight weight increase is still felt due to the overall volume.
