thanks. I was told i was bro spotted. So I'm gonna do it again this saturday and make sure the spotters hands are off the bar.

ME BENCH RAW TO CHEST
315 x 2 365 x 1 2 BOARD RAW 405 x 1 455 x .5 my wrists broke forward/towards my feet on the way off my chest, otherwise I would have finished the rep 500 x miss I'm just not strong enough for that weight. 475 maybe, but not 500. Even if my spotter says he didn't help me last week, his hands being on the bar doesn't give me 100% control of the bar/weight. Thus it's a bro spot. RAW TO CHEST FOR LIFTERS LOOT COMP 425 x 1 paused 440 x 1 paused I did 425 and 440 after doing the board pressing. I'm gonna guess that I'd be good for a little more than 440 if I were fresh and just worked up to a raw single to my chest without the board pressing. |
