A great squat session happened today. I hit a PR twice although both reps were a little high. I'll take it. I've never attempted 585 in the gym nor have I ever tried to do it twice.
SQUAT 405 x 1 x 2 495 x 1 545 x 1 585 x 1 x 2 both sets were a little high. 1st set was better than the 2nd though 495 x 2 x 3 SSB GMs 225 x 2 x 5 LANDMINES bar + 35 x 8 x 3 |

Eventually I'd love to squat 700, but I'm a ways out from that!
Time to deload. My elbows were hurting pretty badly today. Worst ever actually. Not worried, they just need some rest so I'll deload next week and slowly work my way back up over the next 4-5 weeks. ME BENCH 315 x 1 365 x 1 405 x 1 405 x 3 At this point my elbows were hurting pretty badly and I could not get in a groove on the bench. So I switched benches and did some work with the football bar. FB BAR 225 x 10 x 4 STANDING ALT DB CURLS (these actually helped ease the ache and burn my elbows were going through. I need to do them more consistently) 35 x 10 x 3 25 x 10 each arm SEATED CABLE ROWS 3 sets of 20 |
