Set a PR today just like I had planned. Pretty happy about it.
DEALIFTS 495 x 1 585 x 1 fast as ever 605 x 2.75 lost my grip on the third rep, woulda locked it out had I not lost me dang grip!!! ARGH!!!!!!!! 495 x 2 x 5 (last two sets no belt) SLDL 315 x 5 x 4 double overhand grip PULLUPS 5 or 6 sets of bodyweight with varying grips |
