Thanks guys. The Cube Method calls for a fair amount of volume with the squats. As a matter of fact you squat twice a week on the Cube. Olympic squats being the 2nd squat movement. I'm kinda liking it.

Cube Method

DE SQUAT
365 x 3 x 8
485 x 2 (reverse orange bands)

OLY SQUATS
255 x 5
275 x 5 x 4

LEG PRESS
4 plates a side x 15 x 4

PULL THROUGHS
2 sets of 12

KETTLE BELL SWINGS
