Workout was pretty solid. Was able to increase 5 lbs on the one arm presses for a 3rd week in a row. Progressing nicely with those. I almost didnt go to the gym this morning as my body didnt want to wake up! Did a little longer cardio work today. ONE ARM SHOULDER PRESS(standing) 10x35 (seated) 2x10x70 Getting stronger by the week. DB HAMMER FRONT RAISE 2x6x50 Will need to stick with this weight as these were pretty heavy. DB LATERAL RAISES 2x10x30 Quick reps with 30-45 seconds between sets. CGBP 10x135 3x8x205 HANGING LEG RAISES 3x12 Kept the reps slow and controlled. ROPE CRUNCHES 2x10x176 This was pretty heavy today. Cardio Elliptical - level 1 - 1.96mi - 20 min Workout time(including cardio): 65 min |

Workout Grade: C
Workout was done yesterday. Energy level was very low. I could barely wake up. As I was sitting on my bed I said I didnt want to do squats. As I was walking to the gym, I didnt want to do squats. When I got to the gym, I didnt want to do squats. When I got to the squat rack I didnt want to do squats. I did squats! SQUATS 7x135 5x225 2x8x340 Reps were kind of hard. I didnt use a belt for anything. Concentration was not there. Workout was bad. SPEED SQUATS 10x2x225 2-4 second pause at the bottom of each rep. Explode up. 30-45 second rests in between sets. GHR 3x10 Havent done these before. I have to work on the mind muscle connection here. And positioning the bench is weird. LEG PRESS 3x12x575 Dropped the weight and increased the reps. Also did not take my feet off the leg press the entire time. The sets were pretty crazy! Definitely got a great pump! Workout Time: 55 minutes Like I said, workout was not very good. Energy was low! I have been kind of tired the last couple days. I think it is due to not eating enough. My coworker is on vacation so my workload is a lot more now. I dont get to eat lunch a lot of time. Definitely need to eat more. Weight is staying the same though. |
