EZ Bar Lying Tricep Extension 10x10 30x5 40x5 50x5x2 sets Lateral Raise 15x10x3 sets 10x15x3 sets DB Hammer Curl 12.5x15x3 sets Random session of stuff, but pleased with the pull-ups. 04/10/12 Sumo Deadlift Warm-Up 232.5x2 190x3x8 sets Weights felt sluggish today, still sore from Monday, but got what I needed done, done. 5" Sumo Block Pull 60x5 100x5 140x3 180x3 220x3 260x1 272.5x3 272.5x6 Was going to do a few triples of 600lbs, but after the first set I felt like I was capable of more. Smashed out the set of 6 and was pretty pleased with the result. Took my 1RM 5" off the floor and smashed it for 6 reps. Not bad. Shrug 70x10 120x10 160x10 200x10 240x10 240x10 240x15 Sled Drag Sled+60kg for around 20-25yds x4 (weights kept popping off the sled) Sled for around 40yds x1 (broke the sled... ¬_¬)

Thank you guys, nice to be back smashing the weight without any real niggles. I'll keep on trucking.
06/10/12 Played a whole game of rugby, it was brutal and I was broken and exhausted by the end. Played loosehead prop, which I have never played before and did so with one 10 minutes of scrum training before the game. Those who know rugby know what I'm on about. Bad times. didn't think I played spectacularly well, but got myself Man of the Match (MVP) on my team, so pleased with that. 08/10/12 Squat 200x2 212.5x1 222.5x5 Not exactly 5/3/1, but I decided to drop most of the other reps and focus on going balls out on the last set. Beasted. Really pleased with smashing 5 out as my previous 5RM was 215, especially only two days after playing rugby. Front Squat 60x5 100x3 130x1 150x1 165x1 140x5 DB Lunge 40 (in each hand)x8x2 sets Standing Leg Curl 30x15 40x12 50x6 Pretty solid leg session.
