what shoes did you go for? am thinking i will invest in a pair myself soon also some cardio work? is everything ok ??

Thank you guys, I'll reply properly later when I'm on my laptop. Yesterday's training was fun, just smashed some heavy arse shrugs and some rows. Today I managed a 140kg bench press, which is a pretty huge milestone post-injury. Really pleased, plus it brings my total back up to around 660ish.

Think I might have seen him yesterday based on his training, but didn't want to say anything in case I sounded like a complete mong.

Didn't really feel that hard, perhaps a little heavy inside my shoulder and it felt a little sore, but nothing particularly bad.
