Workout B Front Squat 1x10x45 (Warm-Up) 1x5x130 1x5x150 3x5x170 *Felt kind of heavy but pushed for 5 reps Barbell Rows 1x10x45 (Warm-Up) 1x5x75 1x5x95 3x5x115 OH Press 1x5x60 1x5x70 80x5 80x4 80x5 (Push Presses) Deadlift 175x5 205x5 235x5 Time: One Hour Pretty good session, worked up a sweat. Need to get long socks for deadlifting, keep banging up my shins and tearing scabs.

Planned on lifting Monday, but when I woke up this morning, something inside me told me to train today... Ended up having a great workout!
Sunday, October 14th. 2012 Workout A Squat 1x5x95 (Warm-Up) 1x5x140 1x5x170 3x5x190 205x1 215x1 PR 225x1 Double PR. YEA BABY!!! *Not sure what is was today but I was in the zone. Also a hot blonde working around me could of been a factor. ![]() Chin-Ups 5,4,3 Bench 1x10x45 (Warm-Up) 1x5x80 1x5x100 2x5x120 1x4x120 *Probably could of made the last rep but, didnt want to fail. Incline Bench 3x5x80 Calf Raises 2x10x70

Barbell Rows 1x10x45 (Warm-Up) 75x5 95x5 115x5 115x5 115x5 Press 1x10x30 (Warm-Up) 50x5 60x5 70x5 70x5 70x5 80x1 80x1 80x1 Deadlift 175x5 205x5 235x5 265x1 PR 275 - Failed *Going to add 5lbs next week. Been watching some vids of powerlifters deadlift. I noticed their grip is just a hair outside the smooth area and their shins inside the smooth part of the bar. Made some adjustments from what I saw cause my foot and grip spacing was a little wider. Bringing things in a little bit made a difference.

Workout A Squat 1x5x45 (Warm-Up) 1x5x95 (Warm-Up) ------------------------------ 1x5x140 1x5x170 3x5x200 *Finally got all 5 reps with my working set. Pull-Ups 5, 4, 3, 2 1/2, 1 Bench 1x10x45 (Warm-Up) 1x5x80 1x5x100 120x5 120x4 (Failed 5th rep. Got the bar half way up, was pushing and pushing... Ended up having to dump the weights.) 115x3 Calves 2x10x70 Good squat day, not so good bench. Hoping to do a lil better next week.

Been debating whether to do Reg Parks power schedule or follow Wendlers 5/3/1 for powerlifting after my current 5x5 program. So far I'm leaning more towards Wendlers program and think that may be more up my alley. Though Reg's power schedule seems good as wel... Anyways I came up with a rough draft for the 3/5/1 template:
Squat 3/5/1 Good Mornings Leg Curls Weighted Sit-Ups Bench 3/5/1 Incline Bench Lat Pull Downs Dumbell Pull Overs Deadlift 3/5/1 Front Squat Barbell Rows Weighted Sit-Ups Press 3/5/1 UpRight Rows Close-Grip Press Barbell Curls Thinking of doing 3 sets of 10 for assistance work. Not sure if this is exactly what I'll do but this is my current plan.
