Tank's Training Log
New training, new log. I'll keep this short and sweet: Every-other-day, full-body, linear progression. Just basic, hard work to make the most of my training time by adding a little size.
Day 1 Chins BW x 8/6/3.5 Squat 135 x 10/10/10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 45 x 10/10/10 Barbell Rows 95 x 10/10/10 Dips BW + 10 x 10 BW + 5 x 7 BW x 6 Notes Great session, felt exhausted afterwards. Plan to add some abs at the end. |

Off to a good start Tank. Getting strength up here is always a good thing and may transfer well should you choose to return to the oly lifts.
