Jump-Rope Chins Superset with Dips. BW + 10 x 5 BW + 10 x 5 BW + 10 x 3.5 BW + 5 x 4 BW + 5 x 3 BW x 3 Dips Superset with Chins. BW + 10 x 8 BW + 10 x 8 BW + 10 x 6 BW + 5 x 7 BW + 5 x 5 BW x 5 Squat 155 x 10/10/10 REP PR! ![]() I have been struggling to get into the gym, so I decided to whittle my program down some more to the bare necessities and hit them hard. I like this so far, we'll see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Day 10 Jump-Rope Chins Triset with Dips and Leg Raises. BW + 10 x 5 BW + 10 x 5 BW + 10 x 4 REP PR! ![]() BW + 5 x 4 BW + 5 x 2.5 Dips Triset with Chins and Leg Raises. BW + 10 x 8 BW + 10 x 8 BW + 10 x 8 BW + 5 x 8 BW + 5 x 7 REP PR! ![]() Hanging Leg Raises Triset with Chins and Leg Raises. BW x 10 BW x 10 BW x 6 + 4 knee raises (10 total reps) BW x 10 BW x 10 Front Squat 120 x 10 120 x 10 120 x 10 I've significantly increased my rep tempo. The Hanging Leg Raises are done on a "machine"; it's like dip bars with a back rest and arm rests... If anyone knows the name, please share!
