Exhausted. It's mentally and physically exhausting working with high reps. I do feel like I'm putting a little size on already, though, so it's working. If I can motivate myself to get in the gym on training days, I'm rewarded the next day with a day off, so that's a big incentive for me. I just have to succeed in getting myself there on training days!

Also, I can eat plenty of food and not put on a ton of fat.

I have been struggling to get into the gym, so I decided to whittle my program down some more to the bare necessities and hit them hard. I like this so far, we'll see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Thanks Steve and Kuyt.

Day 10

Jump-Rope

Chins Triset with Dips and Leg Raises.
BW + 10 x 5
BW + 10 x 5
BW + 10 x 4 REP PR!
BW + 5 x 4
BW + 5 x 2.5

Dips Triset with Chins and Leg Raises.
BW + 10 x 8
BW + 10 x 8
BW + 10 x 8
BW + 5 x 8
BW + 5 x 7 REP PR!

Hanging Leg Raises Triset with Chins and Leg Raises.
BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 6 + 4 knee raises (10 total reps)
BW x 10
BW x 10

Front Squat
120 x 10
120 x 10
120 x 10

I've significantly increased my rep tempo.

The Hanging Leg Raises are done on a "machine"; it's like dip bars with a back rest and arm rests... If anyone knows the name, please share!
