Thanks guys.
Day 2 Chins BW x 8/7/4 Rep PR! ![]() Front Squat 95 x 10 105 x 10/10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 50 x 10/10/10 Barbell Rows 100 x 10/10/10 Dips BW x 10/10/5 Notes I felt a little nauseous toward the end, so I decided to cut the sit-ups. My diet is terrible right now, but it's pretty much out of my control. On a related note, I'm supposed to be heading out of this awful country for home in 7 weeks. Countin' down the days.

Day 3
Chins BW x 8/7/4 Squat 140 x 10/10/10 Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 55 x 10/10/10 Barbell Rows 105 x 10/10/10 Dips Superset with Situps BW x 10/10/10 Dips Plate behind head BW + 5 x 15/15/15 Notes Rockin and rollin. Still getting used to the high volume, but I like everything about training this way so far.
