Big Tim and Dylan take on 5/3/1
Ok this is my new log. I'm currently in the 2nd week of a training protocol called adonis index 12 week muscle building foundation. I have a new training partner Dylan. He is brand new to the iron but is really dedicated and is a beast in the making. He also loves the big compounds like deadlifts and sqauts.
DAY 1 Tim Squats 5 x 5 225 lbs Bench 5 x 5 180 lbs dumb bell flyes 4 x 8 45 lbs Dylan Squats 5 x 5 150 lbs Bench 5 x 5 90 lbs dumb bell flyes 4 x 8 20 lbs DAY 2 Tim Lat Pull Downs 4 x 12 160 lbs Cable Row 4 x 12 160 lbs Lat Raises 4 x 12 25 lbs Front Raises 4 X 12 25 lbs bb curls 4 x 8 60 lbs preacher curls 4 x 8 60 lbs tricep ext 4 x 8 90 lbs tricep pushdown machine 4 x 8 135 lbs Dylan Lat Pull Downs 4 x 12 90 lbs Cable Row 4 x 12 120 lbs Lat Raises 4 x 12 15 lbs Front Raises 4 X 12 15 lbs bb curls 4 x 8 40 lbs preacher curls 4 x 8 40 lbs tricep ext 4 x 8 60 lbs tricep pushdown machine 4 x 8 100 lbs |
