Timmer, great to see you back at it. Ran 5/3/1 for 7 cycles this year, loved it. Will probably return in the fall. Will sun when I can get to a computer, phone won't let me.

looking good so far Tim , i ran 5/3/1 for about 14months and had great returns with it.

you should absolutely get the kroc rows in there if you can , i found them great and really helped my grip on the DL .

will sub to this and follow both your gains over the next while

Thanks for the support. Everyone I know that has followed this program has seen great returns. I'm really excited about it and have a new zest for lifting again!
