FRIDAY 6/1/12
Friday's session was nothing to write home about. I felt tired and really terrible. LAt PullDowns Tim = 160 x 12 x 4 Dylan= 120 x 12 x 4 Rows Tim = 165 x 12 x 4 Dylan = 130 x 12 x 4 Shrugs Tim = 225 x 12 x 4 Dylan = 185 x 12 x 4 We called it a day after that because we had to head to philly and pack my stuff for moving the next day. Also partied a bit too hard that night.

Here is the template we are running Monday A Military press * * B Bench press 5 10 using 50% 1mr C Chins 5 10 Curls 3 10 Triceps pushdowns 3 10 Face pulls 3 10 * 5/3/1 sets Tuesday A Deadlift * * B Squat 5 10 50% 1mr C Ab wheel 5 10-20 * 5/3/1 sets Thursday A Bench press * * B Press 5 10 50% 1 mr C DB rows 5 10 Curls 3 10 Triceps pushdowns 3 10 Face pulls 3 10 * 5/3/1 sets Friday A Squat * * B Deadlift 5 10 50% 1 mr C Hanging leg raise 5 10 * 5/3/1 sets

DAY 2 WEEK 1 5/3/1 DEADLIFTS 165 x 5 195 x 5 220 x 6 SQUATS 135 x 10 x 5 GOOD MORNINGS 95 x 10 x 5 My legs are fried now. My grip also sucks. I read a blog by Matt Kroc that Kroc rows really built up his grip strength. I think I may have to add these in somewhere in my assistance work
