Friday's session was nothing to write home about. I felt tired and really terrible.

LAt PullDowns

Dylan= 120 x 12 x 4

Rows
Tim = 165 x 12 x 4
Dylan = 130 x 12 x 4

Shrugs
Tim = 225 x 12 x 4
Dylan = 185 x 12 x 4

We called it a day after that because we had to head to philly and pack my stuff for moving the next day. Also partied a bit too hard that night.
