On a side note, I was wondering about setting up waves for the 20 reppers kind of like 5/3/1 uses. Take 3 weeks and hit a new max, then three more weeks to hit another new max. Might be something to consider as things get really intense?

I think it's a good idea. Each time I ran 20 reppers I started to hit a mental wall where I just did not want to add weight each week. So I would abandon the great conditioning and muscle building potential that cam from them.

Brilliant idea, in my opinion. I will probably steal it and turn it into a workout, giving you credit

Mentally much easier to give it 100% Once a month at some point.

I've been running it over in my mind trying to come up with a good plan. Probably impliment something around 250-280 lbs. I'm thinking...

Week1:
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5
65% x 20

Week 2:
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x 3
70% x 20

Week 3:
75% x 5
85% x 3
95% x 1, 1, 1
75% x 20
