Thanks Swede, decent volume and decent weight. Enough to keep strength up but not enough to interfere with the squats. At least that's the plan.

I recently started Steve's Bulldozer routine, after 3 sets of as many as posible with a goal rep total of 20 and then a 20 rep squat I am ready to die around 15 reps. the last 5 are just pure torture but I love the feeling. Good work in here OR.
