205 lbs scheduled for next session. I am adding 20 lbs per session until it gets taxing, probably around the 250 lb mark. Then I will drop the progression to 10 lbs per session.

I did my Prowler session this evening. 125 lbs for 40 yard laps. Managed 6 laps alternating high and low handles with about a 1 minute break between laps.

Great squats OR those 20 reppers feel longer with each session! Around 250 for me was when I started wanting to quit, so push on through!

Flyfishing, awesome.
I used to go with my dad when I was a kid.i consider the casting an artform and very difficult to master.

20 repper weight is increasing niclely, 20lbs jumps between sessions seems a sensible figure for now.

20 reppers get me all warm inside. Discussed with someone that squats and milk should be squats and beer, haha/ Keep kicking ass.

Ya, I think so too. At least until I get some real weight on the bar. And my kids love flyfishing. One loves it for just getting into the outdoors, but not so much into the fishing. The other one just loves hunting fish.

Thanks HHF, I have a definite love for 20 reppers too. Squats and steak for me

I really liked it. First of all, I didn't skip it like I usually do. And second of all, I didn't notice any ill effects from it. I will continue to do it this way. Thanks for giving me the courage to try it.

Bar Dips - +60 lbs x 8, 7, 6
Squats - 205 lbs x 20 reps
Stiff-legged Deadlift - 240 lbs x 12 reps
Chin-ups - BW x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4

Kind of sad about that thread with the crap training, diet, and steroid advice. Need a little break from posting, I think I'll go fishing tomorrow.
