Great squats OR those 20 reppers feel longer with each session! Around 250 for me was when I started wanting to quit, so push on through!

Bar Dips - +60 lbs x 8, 7, 6
Squats - 205 lbs x 20 reps Stiff-legged Deadlift - 240 lbs x 12 reps Chin-ups - BW x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 Kind of sad about that thread with the crap training, diet, and steroid advice. Fishing sounds like a nice way to relax OR, nice 20reps , how far up do u see the 20lb jumps lasting?
