Thanks a lot guys. I think if this old man sticks to the plan I will be able to revisit old PRs with this lift. I'm sure there are not a lot of ~50 year old men out there that will be squatting >350 lbs for 20 reps... Better than hormone replacement therapy

You're right about. 20 reps of 350+ is unreal man. Great goal. I can't wait to see how the 20 Rep program treats you.

repping ability is underrated. Check out Wendler/Paul Carter's pillars of strength. 500x20 is the standard for squats and deads. Something we should all aspire to. Dan John also espoused the same idealogy, more weight+more reps.
