I cant stick to the same thing for more than a few months....it is either boredom or add...oh well

sticking point on bench is about 6-7" off chest. need to figure out good assistance work for that

Yup at home. i have some video..i gave the 325 a good fight. it was hovering a good 4-5 seconds. i guess months of doing submaximal work affected my limit strength. 325 would have tied a pr. i expect to blow it away next time i hit bench.

Bench is like that for me. I don't seem to make progress unless I'm pushing it frequently. I think I spent about 2 years making no progress at all.

technically a 10lb pr. in the past i never attempted a lift between 465 & 500. been close on 500 several times. need to figure out how to keep my hips from shooting up first. legs were locked out when bar passed knees

Thanks. the knurling on my bar sucks and i am out of chalk. didnt want to miss the lift due to bar slipping.

thanks btb. didnt feel strong while doing it but looks faster than i thought on video
