training ADD
I cant stick to the same thing for more than a few months....it is either boredom or add...oh well
5/19 ME upper bench 135x10 135x3 185x3 225x3 255x1 295x1 315x1 325xmiss 275x4 lying extensions 95 x 3x10 pullups 3x5 Facepulls average band 3x20 Tricep pushdown average band 60 reps total sticking point on bench is about 6-7" off chest. need to figure out good assistance work for that |

deadlift 135x10 225x5 315x3 405x1 475x1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-bK...e_gdata_player technically a 10lb pr. in the past i never attempted a lift between 465 & 500. been close on 500 several times. need to figure out how to keep my hips from shooting up first. legs were locked out when bar passed knees SLDL 135 x 4x10 abs not sure what assistance work to do on lower days. will figure it out |
