it got stuck a couple inches off the board then flew up. guess ill need some 5 board work

squats 135x5 160x5 185x5 210x5 235x5 260x5 much harder than it should have 225 x 2x10 erectors and lower back are still shot from sunday. guess thats why 260 felt hard. was planning on jumping up another 25-50lbs. |
