Yes normal band. they were monster minis btw. about 100lbs at the top. i need to get it down around 60.
7/5 short on time box squats +green and monster mini 215 x 6x2 paused squats 215 x 3x5 i hate squats. feels unnatural. probably due to tightness. am working on it but its going to take a while |
