6/23 bench 135x3 185x3 225x3 285x1 305x1 325x1 335xmiss very close.missed about 10" or so off chest. would have had it if skipped 325 225 x 17 rep pr dips 3x15 pullups 3 x 7 three different grips bb curls 95 x 3x8 high rep band pushdowns and facepulls |

6/24 deadlift 135x2x5 225x2x3 275x1 315x1 365x1 435x1 500x0 had it to the knees. uggg rack suspended ssb gm bar x 10 155 x 3x5 these were hard. i suck at hip thrusts and gms, no wonder my squat and pull blow. maybe i should just become a bench specialist or hit a lot more gm variations and fewer squat/dl lifts |

500lb pull is nothing to shrug at! Its obviously there, or you wouldnt have loaded it!!

late night training, short on time Box Squat +green and monster mini 205 x 10 x 3 Arched Back GM 205 x 2 x 5 tried theses for the hell of it....hard.... I've seen video of guys doing 500-600lbs....what a wake up call as to how weak my posterior chain is. |
