i suck at hip thrusts and gms, no wonder my squat and pull blow. maybe i should just become a bench specialist or hit a lot more gm variations and fewer squat/dl lifts

500lb pull is nothing to shrug at! Its obviously there, or you wouldnt have loaded it!!

tried theses for the hell of it....hard.... I've seen video of guys doing 500-600lbs....what a wake up call as to how weak my posterior chain is.
