thanks guys. can't wait for max effort days this weekend.
6/21 Box Squat + green band and monster mini (165lbs at the top) 185 x 8 x 2 knee was bothering me half way through. not sure it was my technique or just general pain. tried to do some pause squats afterwards, but no bueno. Hip Thrusts 135 x 3 x 5 first time ever doing these, surprisingly difficult. Not quite sure if getting the bar started or lockout is harder, but it was definitely tougher than i thought it was going to be. guess that means I have some serious weakness in my posterior chain. |
