You're gpoing to stretch out those mini bands awfully fast doubkling them up on squats. Get some light bands already. Also, I am not sure why yiou are using so much band tension for speed work. With your squat you should be using a light band and that is all.

Box Squat + green band and monster mini (165lbs at the top)

knee was bothering me half way through. not sure it was my technique or just general pain. tried to do some pause squats afterwards, but no bueno.

Hip Thrusts
135 x 3 x 5

first time ever doing these, surprisingly difficult. Not quite sure if getting the bar started or lockout is harder, but it was definitely tougher than i thought it was going to be. guess that means I have some serious weakness in my posterior chain.
