thanks guys. no problem with groove..just took a lot of effort to get it moving
6/3 rack pulls mid shin, pin 3 135 x 2 x 5 225 x 5 Add Quadded monster minis bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 1 185 x 1 225 x 1 275 x 1 wow, those bands are brutal. bands added 275 at the top SLDL 135 x 2 x 20 abs |

box squat +green and doubled monster minis (215 at the top) 135 x 2 x 3 185 x 2 225 x 4 x 2 245 x 4 x 2 box for now is my bench, which is easily 4" too high. adjustable box should be here in a week or so, and the weights will drop. Pause Squat 235 x 3 x 5 |
