Deadlift 420 x 2 x 3 pr for reps. never actually pulled more than 405 for reps 2" block snatch grip deadlift 275 x 10 275 x 5 low back was shot to hell. back raises x 30 missed out on half of the snatch grip pulls, some squatting and lunges. legs are still super sore from saturday, low back was jacked. took 30 mins just to be able to walk upright. live to fight another die. |

thanks boys.
today not so much 3/7 bench 135 x 2 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 3 difficult 320 x 1 uggg was supposed to be 3, then 330 x 3 then 340 x 3. my elbow felt like it was going to fall off 225 x 2 x 10 Military press 135 x 3 x 10 tricep pushdown x 100 cable curl x 60 side raises 5 x 100 crappy day. elbow killing me. think i need to work on mobility and take a wider grip during squats. |

My advice is don't wait. That grip stuff on squats will do some damage.
