RPS nj championships First pl meet. went 9/9 and 120lbs in prs. i left nothing on the mat. squat 365 405 445(no.video).40lb pr bench 315 345 365 30lb pr deadlift 425 500 finally!!! 525 50lb pr Some of the help bailed and nobody was stepping up, so i help spot/load on the 3rd and 4th squat flights. i thought that was going to mess up my day. also got a free meet voucher for helping. great day, lots of prs. back to training Last edited by BendtheBar; 01-26-2013 at 07:16 PM. |
