12/29 squat 305 x 8 x 2 325 x 1 oly squat paused 205 x 3 x 5 225 x 2 x 5 leg press 8 plates x 3 x 20 10 plates x 20 gm 135 x 2 x 10 think i have my squat issues fixed.no more using low back to gm it up. all legs and hips now. Should see improvements over next few months |

So far 2013 is destroying me
1/1 deadlift 135 x 10 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 2 315 x 1 365 x 1 405 x 4 x 1 20-30 seconds between reps. First 3 singles flew up. on the fourth i felt something by my coccyx and shut it down. back not feeling so good. guess ill take it easy next few weeks up until the meet |
