cube wk5 d3 *just so you are all aware, i dont hit all the prescribed volume on my lower body days. either i am not conditioned for it or i need to add more time on this workouts squat 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 3 315 x 1 345 x 1 super easy up to this point 375 x 1 395 x 1 345 x 2 205 x 3 x 12 leg press 2 plated x 3 x 20 back raises 50 total reps was supposed to throw lunges in there but my quads were shot. bodyweight lunges were hard |

cube wk6 day1 2" block pull 135 x 2 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 3 315 x 2 365 x 1 405 x 1 455 x 1 sumo dl 355 x 2 x 2 was supposed to do 8 sets. the weight was to be 75% of max...my sumo is 80% of my conventional so tgis was close to 90% of my max sumo. next cycle might do sumo as primary deadlift to bring up weaknesses db row 50 x 2 x 20 pulling db to hip. hits lats harder, less ego bb shrug 135 x 3 x 15 up and down plank 35 reps |

12/22 cube wk6 day 3 Squats 345 x 6 x 2 Wide Pause squats 265 x 5 was supposed to be 3 x 10, but hips were shot Oly Squat 150 x 45 done. not used to that much volume above 80%...maybe that's why my squats suck |
